Hi TPG Team,
My ADSL internet service was interrupted for more than half month in March. The call centre technician said they have put comment "Bill Adjustment" for the case #10299637. I was charged full amount again without any credit back.
TPG told me my ADSL service would be disconnected after 10/04/2020 due to NBN rollout. I'm ready for this. While I was charged again on 11/04/2020.
I want my 1.5 month money back. Please advise. Thanks.
