I am currently on a ADSL2+ and Home Phone Bundle plan.

What is the process for pre ordering NBN plan on the 18 month contract?

What speeds can I expect? As I do not want to pay more for something I won't be getting.

And with the upgrade or downgrade of NBN plans - when will the next price change take effect?

Plan downgrade and upgrade are free of charge so you can easily choose the best plan for you.

And with the upgrade or downgrade of NBN plans - when will the next price change take effect?

Upon completion of the change of plan, the new price will take effect.

Would I still be able to use my current internet connection during the time of upgrade? Or will I totally be out of internet connection while waiting for the NBN?
