I want to cancel my adsl service. After i call your phone support, they told me send email to xxxxxx@tpg.com.au
but fail to send emil. Can you please give a correct email adress which i can send Email. Please reply ASAP.
can some one answer me, this is really bad exprience to cancel something from your company. i called twice, your operator told me to send email. it always someproblem with that. can u upgrate ur website, add button to cancel something.

The email send me back only noticed cancel success. And it not mention anything about refund. My contract is start at 09/05/2017 to 09/05/2018. I thought it should be end at that time but it not, pre-authorized debit collection fees from my credit card until this month, i pay 59.99$ again and again. I need refund and you should be able to know my usage. From April 2018 i did not use it anymore but it still in the contract so i understand that. However, after 09/05/2018 in my account, it should haves no usage. I should be able to get my refund after 09/05/2018 up to 11/04/2019. Otherwise I payed 11 months 59.99$ for nothing. Refund is available or not. Please let me know. My tpg email has been cancel too. I can’t send email to you to talk about this.

Apologies for the inconvenience this is causing you. I've seen that one of our Accounts Specialists is already doing an assessment regarding the refund and other applicable fees associated with the cancellation.

Why don't you post the correct email in the forum to make the process easier without having to jump through hoops? Stop ripping people off.
