Hello,

We changed our service to Aussie Broadband in Nov 2024. TPG has since attempted to charge us $89.99 twice and succeeded once.

I don’t understand why you are continuing to charge for a service that has clearly been ported away.

Regardless. I would like TPG to reimburse the $89.99 they have charged us for a service we didn't use and ensure any remaining direct debit is cancelled please.
