Get online support
Hi,
I have asked on 17/01/23 for our land line to be disconnected and we just want only the internet. we were paying $79.99 for the plan both land line and internet and i was told that it will be done from February but in the month of Januray (end) again i got charged the full $79.99.
On the same day itself the lady who spoke to me Hannah(17/01/23; Ref no: 69654962 for the day) said that the mobile data12GB can be changed to 25GB with the same price that we had($20) being existing coustmers. But yesterday (5/2/23 )the three mobiles got charged $25 each.
Now today(6/2/23) i gave a call to TPG holding for 30 miniutes.Then someone called me back. DSpoke to lady named Christeen(ref no:69839356), said that i have to be connected to the chnage of plan. She automatically directed me to that after staying on the line for another 20 minutes, i was answered by alady who can't say her name fummy after me asking twice and then said it is not their job, it has to be done byt the mobile support.
Now can someone help me with this two plans? It is not good to get false advice and getting transferred from one end to another saying that it is not our job. So kindly give me a call or reply to this mesaage please.
