I have already contacted TPG through the Message customer service portal a month ago and have spoken to customer service that I am no longer in contract and need my service cancelled.
I got a reply asking me the:
- Name of the account holder as it appears on the TPG account
- Service Address where the ADSL service is installed

Which I replied and have not gotten a reply back. Meanwhile, I have been charged another month of my ADSL which I no longer need.

I've managed to locate your account and have seen that the cancellation of your service is already in progress. I would recommend to have one of our Account Specialists call you to assist in relation to the cancellation of your account should you need clarification or has further queries.
