Can't log in to my account

            I attempted to log into my account using the same user name and password that I have used for many years – but I received the following message. “Sorry, the mobile number on your account is missing or invalid.' I don't own a mobile phone so what am I supposed to do to be able to validate my account? No one at TPG has had the courtesy to reply to my written letter.
