I can’t login my tpg account from the app my tpg as it always shows incorrect password and username and tried to reset still not working. So, I can’t activate my mob. Please fix it.

Hi @cathylechowicz ,

Pls check if you are using all username in small letter as well as password.

If still having issue pls send me private message with your customer Id/username and contact details,
