Can’t pay my bill and don’t know my plan

I haven't been back to Melbourne for three months. Today I came back home and found there was no Internet. I don't know because I didn't pay the Internet fee. And I also want to know my account status.

In your case, due to nonpayment your account was terminated. Email notification was sent to the registered email address on file since November 2019 but we did not receive any response.


Terminated accounts can't be reactivated.


If you require the service, it will be treated as a new application/order and will be processed by our NBN sales team (1300 720 016).
