Get online support
I received a message my credit card payment was rejected. I tried to update my payment details but I keep getting an error message no matter what card I use. I've tried a number of times. I can't speak to anyone by phone with a waiting time of 40 minutes. This is just unacceptable! What the hell am I supposed to do? I can't change my payment details and can't get any help!!
I've been trying to update my payment informaion for 2 hours. Online and the app just gives me an error message. I try to ring but the waiting time is 30 minutes. I've scheduled a call back 3 times now. When I get called back, for whatever reason, they cut my call off. How the hell am I supposed to pay for my internet? Doesn't TPG want my money???
