Cancel before the next package period

Dear Sir/Madam, 

My credit card has been charged on 23/02/2023 with $69.99 and my new package period is 02/03/2023 to 01/04/2023. My service is NBN Cable 50 with Voice.

If I cancel the service before 02/03, will I get the refund?
