I'm yet to hear from anyone, can you please follow up?
The decision to cancel has been made and a new ISP selected. I really just want to give my written notice. I have no interest in discussing this with a member of the retention team. If TPG isn't forthcoming as to where that can be provided, then I will be contacting the ombudsman.
