I submitted online on 30 November to cancel my NBN account effective 30 December, was told by your chat line I should receive an email confirmation within 24-48 hrs. So far, I have not received any email regarding the cancellation from TPG. Can someone please contact me to get my account number and confirm you have received my cancellation request. Thank you.
