I received your cancellation notice with a 30 days notice fee. Bit when I talked to someone from your Account Specialist Team last week, he said I can cancel anytime and monthly fee will be on pro rata basis and no penalty charge.
Hi Cherry, when you are outside contract, you can cancel the account without any termination fees. However, you are required to provide us at least 30 days notice and the service has to be paid up to the end of the notice period.
