Cancellation TPG

Hi there,


I originally had a phone number with Telstra and wanted to move this to TPG. I put in an order but then changed my mind and wanted to stay with Telstra. I put in a cancellation with TPG and TPG have been telling me that the order has been cancelled but Telstra have told me that the order is still pending disconnect on their end.


Can someone please help me fully cancel this order or check with your wholesale team to see why the order has not been fully cancelled? I want to know why TPG has not dropped this order yet and why has TPG still got my original Telstra number on the TPG system?
