Hi,
I am currently on an 18month NBN50 plan. I am not receiving the service that I signed up for so I would like to cancel my account to change providers.
How do I cancel my account?
I do not believe I should be charged any more fees by TPG as I am simply not receiving the product I signed up for so if you could also provide some information regarding any possible cancellation charges TPG will try to place on me, that would be great.
