Hi,
 
I would like to cancel my account/service with TPG as of 24/06/19 please.
 
I am moving out of the current property and will not have a fixed address for sometime.
 
Please let me know if you require further information.

We're sad to know that you're considering to cancel your service with us. We tried to use your Community Details to pull up the account unfortunately it does not show any matching records.

 

To better understand the situation, PM us your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file).
