Hi, I spoke with someone from tpg 2 days ago about cancellation and the person said that she would cancel my plan and send me a email with everything but I’m awaiting the email and my plan cancellation until now, and also it was deducted from my account an amount that I don’t know what it is. Please I really need to cancel my plan as quick as possible. Thanks

We recommend that you check the email notification regarding the details of your cancellation request. Let us know if you are unable to find it.

I’m not sure if I received it, I just receive a message about an outage affecting my tpg service. Can you please confirm if is now cancel, and I would appreciate receive an email saying that is now cancel, thank you
