Cancelling my FTTB M Bundle Service

Hi, Beasue of my private reason, I may leave Melboure very soon, so please arrange the cancellation of my FTTB M Bundle Service which is not in contract before the next billing period (Feb 24 2019). You can contact me through my mobile xxxx xxx xxx anytime or email me to instruct how to proceed properly. My apartment is close to No.79 whiteman street South bank Melbourne. Thanks.

Could you please inform me the process how I can make application to cancel my service in case any new deduction from my bank account in next billing period after 24 Feb 2019 ? Such as the email box to receive my application or something else to follow your instruction step by step.

Hi @Shane I am sorry to inform you that I have tried to send you the application through my registered email several times, but all failed. I will try my another email to send it again. If any updated information, I will let you know.

No worries! You can use your TPG E-mail address for sending the application. Let us know once have sent an email and we'll have this up with our team.

The content is following, please contact with your colleague to process my application. I am sorry to inform you that I have tried to send you the application through my registered email (xxxxxx@qq.com) several times, but all failed.
