Cancelling my account

We moved house and could not get our service reconnected at new property because we rent we need Lic cable installed which landlord has not agreed to have installed but we are still paying for a service we are not getting so would like to cancel our account we would like to be emailed information from cancelation team if it is going to cost us and if have grounds for ending contract
