Cannot Reset Password on Account or Email

I believe my email password has been compromised and I am trying to reset it. 

When I click forgot password it errors stating the following:-

Notification Failed

Sorry, we are unable to send your temporary password.
Please check and try again here.

For further assistance with your password issue, please call TPG Customer Service on 13 14 23.


I am still able to access my email, but want to change the password and it does not allow me to do that. I cannot log into the Account section either so would like some assistance if possible.
