Get online support
I cannot access my Post Office from your website and it appears, from the forums, I am not alone.
I do not have a working TPG email address at home, as after my computer was rebuilt it would not accept any settings.
This is why I am currently relying on the Post Office to access my emails.
Why is it that I can access everything else, in my account, on your website but not the Post Office?

Hi @croff01970 . How far do you get when trying to login to Post Office?
Can you try this URL: https://www.tpg.com.au/home/postoffice
Do you get an error message?
To receive emails about this problem, you should put the bigpond address into your Community profile.
There seems to be a problem when logging out of Post Office.

Let us help raise this with our Postmaster, could you shoot us a PM with your details also the screenshot of the error message when you try to log-in to the post office.

I have a similar issue. If i try to use webmail I get:
The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator.

Edit: seems to work on edge. But not chrome or opera.
Today I had the same error except that it was F5 syd (cannot remember all the rest as I am at home now) but since then I have found that I can access my inbox but cannot send or delete emails from the inbox but I can delete anything in the Spam folder.
As previously stated, only works on edge.
I can log in using my partners account with no issues.'

I also cannot access my post office from the website.
Just getting a generic " reason failed " url link.
Have not changed the password, and using the forgot password . Sounds like the temporary password was probably sent to the same email account i can't access?
