There's no option to send you a private message. I'm in Singapore unable to log into my TPG account to switch to data roaming. Please help

Hello there,
I have got the same problem: need to receive SMS while I am out of Australia, but cannot access my account from oversea.
Is it possible to fix it, or do I need to give it up?
