Hi. I am experencing the silimar issue as Speedy1959 in the TPG community site had. I cannot access to my old phone number anymore, failed to log onto my account even I have the account ID and password. Wasted 1 hour waiting someone in the accounts team to pick up the phone but no one replies. How can I solve the problem?
