Get online support
Dear All,
I am overseas at the moment (Europe) and I can not access https://www.tpg.com.au/myaccount. When I log in from my connection, I get this bizarre error (consult with my administrator?!?):
If I try to connect to the support page, I get another error:
Lastly, if I connect through a VPN with an exit point in Australia, I get a "403 Forbidden" error page.
So my question is simply this: how can I connect to myaccount.tpg.com.au? How am I supposed to download invoices and issue payments if I can not access my account's dashboard?

Have you tried accessing the site from your phone using mobile data or a different connection?

same problem from singapore still not resolved
