Cannot correct my address

Hi,

I found that my residential address is still showing the old address in my TPG account portal, even if I moved to the current address already almost year ago. (The address on my invoice is still all old one) I have tried to update the old one to the current address but cannot correct.

Could you please advise what/where I can report to fix it.
