Cannot login on TPG website - despite correct login credentials

I am unable to login to the 'My Account' section on the TPG website, resetting the password requires using my username which I do not remember as I cannot login.

I have my login details saved and have not reset them,  they worked previously but only on a specific computer for some reason, now they have stopped working alltogether. I am currently unable to pay my phone bill.


@slugman . Forgot password? For an internet account, your username is the first part of your TPG email address. For SIM only account, you can use your mobile phone number.  In each case, you also need the postcode recorded in the account.

Your username and customer ID are indicated on your registration email. Are you getting any error when logging in? Have you tried resetting your password?
