Cannot see more than last two invoices for account

Hi,

My account only has the last two invoices showing, despite the account being active for years. Is there any way to retrieve invoices prior to that?

 

Also, I would prefer to get receipts. Is that possible?

May we know if you use the old account number or the new account number that we've provided to log in to the My account page?

 

You need to use your old customer ID number in order to view the previous invoices.

Thanks, mate. I logged in with the old-ID and that did the trick.

 

It would still be good to get receipts, not just invoices. But that's a problem for another day Smiley Happy

Welcome to the Community!

 

To view your previous mobile invoices, login online to your My Account with your old customer ID and your password. Once inside, click "Your Invoices" and this should your previous mobile invoices.

As per my subject - I can see the invoices, but only two. There should be more.
