Cant login to my account or TPG app

Hi Team, 
I cant login to the TPG My account or app. I've tried to reset my password many many times, and have clicked on the link to reset but get a page that doesnt load - saying "

This site can’t be reached

novus.tpg.com.au took too long to respond."

 

Please help.

Hi @Swells 

 

Have you tried logging in using your TPG username or customer ID number?

 

Are you logging in with your phone, computer, or both?

Yes, using my username which is my phone number - I choose the forgot password, and get a text with a link to reset. the link doesnt work on my phone, or on my computer. (Google chrome).

As per my note, it just times out - no luck at all. Smiley Happy

Could you try logging in with the Customer ID number instead of the username?

Tried that - same process, the reset password page doesn't load.

I am in the same situation- and all I want is to get access to my 2022-2023 invoices for tax purposes.
