You may download the Change of Ownership form on our website. Here's the link.

 

Once downloaded, print the file and fill it up with the necessary information then send it to mobilesupport@tpg.com.au.

 

Our Accounts team will be in touch with the upcoming new owner of the account to verify and confirm the request.

Are there any fees involved in change of ownership?

Thanks for your query. There will be no fees if the person receiving the account does not have an existing service with us as the billing will just continue as it is.
