I contacted you folks a couple of weeks ago regarding being away for 5 months and wanting to keep my TPG but put a hold on the service from May 1.  I had a response saying someone would call my partner to organise options.  I am out of the country at the moment.  
He has not been contacted, so I would like to sort this out now.
