I have been trying to change the surname on my account for weeks now and can’t get anyone to help me. I keep getting emails from different people at Tpg asking me to fill in different forms and submit I’d verification.. how can I get someone to actually help me?
My payment has bounced because my surname on my direct debit doesn’t match… so you’re not getting my payments..
