Creating slave account when 'manage your email addresses' not available

Can anyone advise how to create a slave email account when in account settings the only option available is 'manage your email aliases' - there is no option for managing email addresses or slaves?

In order to have the option "Manage your Email Accounts", you need to login using the Primary TPG username.

Thanks, that's exactly what I have been doing (I'm only aware of having one username, so that must be the primary) but under the heading 'email management' there is no option 'manage your email accounts'. 

Can you advise of other troubleshooting options?

Our records show that you have 2 slave accounts on top of the Primary TPG username. To ensure that we're on the same page, can you PM me the username that you logged in with?
