I have exactly the same issue. Works fine on browser but not on app.
Hi @lauriefaen1, the My TPG app only supports NBN, TPG FTTB, and ADSL services.
If you are trying to login for your (4G/5G) Home Wireless Broadband or mobile account, these services are not supported by the app at the moment. In the meantime, you can manage your account at https://www.tpg.com.au/myaccount
