Hi There
So I spoke got TPG last week and put a hold on my direct debit because I didn't have enough money.
However they have still debited my account with no money and now they want to charge me $10 late payment fee.
Can't get through because of all this covid 19 stuff so would like to speak to a real person so they can waive the fee. Will pay tomorrow! Am still waiting.
