What is going on with my payment?? On march 25, TPG took a total of $129.98 direct debit from me when I was only meant to be billed 64.99. I spoke to a supervisor who said I'd be refunded $64.99 from the last month billing to make up for it, along with -$15 overcharge fee, bringing my next bill down to $49.99, however my account now says, I still owe a total of Amount Payable: $-79.99. So where did another 64.99 come from?
