All I needed was my landline number to be ported from my old tpg account to the new one. Yet since day one signing up on the phone, I've been mislead by all the agents on the phone.
I've followed up around three times already just for this case. Each time I'm made fake promises by them. This morning I've been on call since 9am this morning because that is when I was promised by the last customer care agent that I will be receiving a call back from the accounts and billing team. AT 9AM! IT'S NOW NOON! YOU'VE WASTED THREE HOURS OF MY DAY AS IF MY LIFE REVOLVES AROUND TPG's SCHEDULE!!!!
This is despite tpg knowing that there isn't much time left because the old account is currently in the process of being cancelled. I've been told once it's cancelled, the there is a chance that I cannot get that phone number back. That number is very important to me and my family.
I wouldn't have signed up to a new NBN plan with tpg is if it wasn't for the sales agent telling me that the number would be ported upon signup. HELLO????
