Get online support
Hi,
I am due a refund of $20 and l need to pay $11 for transferring my number to a different provider.
I called the customer service and agreed over the phone Tpg would give me a refund of $9.
Instead it has been 2 days that Tpg is trying to charge $11 from my bank account.
Can someone explain what's going on and how can l make a formal complaint?
Your service is simply terrible and wasting a lot of my time.
Any other link? The one you provided does not work for me. If you can provide an email it would be much easier.
