I migrated to new email service TMC registered as requested , now I cannot send emails , receive message 'Cannot send Mail The sender address is invalid' WTF ! I have been trying to get through to technical support for 3 **ing days constantly on hold for up to 57 minutes and then nothing, what the hell is the story TPG 1 Youre quick to withdraw money every month but no goddam support ! Pressed the new plans option and spoke to someone immediately and they said they would transfer me and guess what another , another 29 minutes with nothing ! Disgusting !

Hi @Gogo14 . Is the error occurring in Post Office, or a mail client (which one)?

Are you receiving emails?

If using mail client, what port number and security setting are you using for sending?

Are you getting the same error using the webmail (Post Office)?

 

If not, then check the settings here for your email client.
