I've set up my email on my phone. Why can't I see any sub folders that I previously set up via my computer?

Hi @naomigerman Welcome to the community!

You may not see the sub folders until you've used them for the first time on your device, for example with an iPhone on iOS 12.0 the sent and bin folders won't be displayed until you've actually sent and deleted emails on the device.

Nope all those are there (standard folders) but I created some extras (billing etc) and can see on desktop but not phone.
