I had queried this data charge when i received an SMS informing me that i was to be charged an extra data block, and the girl on the phone assured me she would ensure the charge would be reversed, however I have been charged and it does not show as extra credit on my account. I tried to message about this before but never received a reply.
Can you please look into this, I should not have been charged.
We've reviewed the account and the amount of $10 was successfully credited to the account on the 27th of February.
This credit was used as payment for your monthly bill. Instead of paying $19.99 for your Monthly bill, the amount that was deducted to the account is $9.99 only.
