YOU CANCELLED MY SERVICE IN APRIL because you no longer could deliver on the naked ADSL I've had for a decade. you canceled it removed the service but keep billing me. even after you tell me it's been canceled and you will refund it. you don't. when I call I get nowhere, am I talking to ghosts? or where is this information drain going to ?????? lift your game and call me !!!. resolve this and STOP BILLING MY CARD FFS enough is enough...
