Forget TPG account

Hi,
I forgot my password for tpg account. The only thing i have with me now is username, user id, post adress. I dont remember my old email. I remember the phone number when i sign it up with tpg but i already changed to new number years ago.
Is it possible to recover the tpg account?

Hi @Nguyen1, 

You can still recover the account so long as it is active and you still have access to the registered email address on the account. 

Have you tried doing the 'Forgot Password' option?
