Hello,
I am moving house and wish to cancel my account as I have tried to ring and do relocation and people were too busy to help and said would ring me back and have not.
I have sent written emails to requesting my account to be canceled to xxxxxx@tpg.com.au with no response
I have sent written emails to requesting my account to be canceled to xxx_xxxxx@tpg.com.au with no response either.
What is one to do to get a confirmation that your written cancelation has been received and accepted?
