I'm going to leave Australia permanently, so I'd like to cancel all the service which provided by TPG. I can't find any direction on cancelling the account from the website. I wish I could cancel the account ASAP since I'm going to leave by 05/01/2020.

1) Please advice on steps to follow in getting a refund for the 3 weeks we didn't had internet .Nobody answer the call after waiting 2 hours on standby .
