How do I change the mobile number linked to my home internet account?

I am trying to log in to my TPG home internet account. I know my login details, but I am asked to verify my identity using my old mobile phone number. I tried calling Technical Support on 1300 977 273, but unfortunately, no one picked up. I gave up after 1 and a half hours of waiting. How else can I change this mobile number to access my account?
