I had emailed cancel@tpg.com.au on 23/08/21 to cancel my Home Wireless Broadband that I was subscribed to. The day after (24/08/2021) I received a notification mentioning that my Order Termination was accepted and that another email will be sent once this request has been completed.
How long does it usually take for my cancellation to take?

We tried to search for your account using your community details to no avail.
