I can't get on my online account

Hey I been trying sign in my online account for the last 3 weeks n it's not letting me n iv even reset the password heaps times n I am putting in the right username n I have rang TPG heaps times about it n all they getting me do is reset my password n that's all I want this fixed today or I'm sending back my modem n going definitely Network...iv called them over 25 times in the last 3 weeks
