Get online support
Hi, I cannot receive calls and make outgoing calls from my mobile phone for more than two days.
My phone does support 5G, and mobile data is working.
Have more than $30 balance effective 04 March 2024.
I also cannot reach TPG tech support by any of contact phones, provided on TPG website for more than three hours.
Hope someone from TPG tech support management reads this blog?

Is it just the outgoing and incoming calls that are not working?
How about the incoming and outgoing text message?
What is the make and model of your handset? Were you able to enable the VoLTE on it?

Hi My wife and i have been unable to make or receive calls for the last 3 days. We have not done anything differently, have modern IPhones.
It is worse in our location (MIranda NSW) in other suburbs such as work (Ingleburn NSW) it works fine.
Can you help?
