I paid my bill but my internet cut off

I lost my debit card and was unable to pay my bill for a short time. My new card arrived and I paid my bill. but 2 days after paying my bill, my internet was cut off. I've been waiting for 2 days for my internet to open. I'm complaining about your service quality, even though I paid my bill without warning, you cut off my internet and you still haven't opened it.
